imPress Manicure Canada VoxBox

I was so excited to see that I had qualified for the latest VoxBox from Influenster! To be completely honest though, I wasn't so thrilled when I opened the box to see what I had received.

Inside were these two packs of imPRESS press-on manicure nails. I've actually received a set of these in the past that I was pretty pleased with. This one, I was less than impressed with (no pun intended). These designs are just too.... out there, for me.

Nonetheless, I tried one on.

Although it was simple enough to get on, the nails had to be filed down quite a bit for me to get them to a length I was comfortable with.

Also, I'm pretty sure I put some of the wrong sizes on my nails.

Within two days, one of the nails fell off. Granted, that could be because I'm constantly using my fingers (typing, cleaning, rough housing with a puppy, etc.) as the first set of imPRESS nails I tried on in the past had stayed on for a good week.

All in all though, this isn't a product I would personally purchase. I can see this being great for other people though!

What is 'Show Me The Box'?

If you're like me, then you'll remember a time when getting mail was exciting! As a kid, I loved going through the mailbox to see a letter had come for me. My best friend and I used to mail each other letters, just so we could get something in the mail.

Now, almost two decades later, along with the internet (and subsequently email) there's no need for hand-written letters. My mail mainly consists of bills and pesky flyers.

Then, one day, I signed up for Ipsy. Then, another glam box. And another. I loved getting fun stuff in the mail! Now that I subscribe to a few different boxes, I'm here to share reviews and my thoughts on those boxes to all of you!
